Applications shall be entertained for all programmes, provided that they satisfy the minimum eligibility criteria for admission as prescribed by the Department of technical Education, Bangalore as below:
1. The candidate must be a citizen of India and should have passed Karnataka S.S.L.C or Equivalent Examination by securing not less than 35% marks in aggregate as per A.I.C.T.E norms or as prescribed by A.I.C.T.E from time to time by Notification
2. For Lateral Entry into Second year / III Semester of three year diploma programme, the candidates shall have passed Karnataka SSLC or equivalent examination and Craftsman course of minimum two years duration in ITI (Industrial Training Institute) in Karnataka recognized by NCVT (National Council For Vocational Training & Central Apprenticeship Council).
